Description: Come and join us any Wednesday evening at 6:00pm at Fleet Feet Sports Virginia Beach for an enjoyable run. All ages, abilities, and paces are more than welcome and routes are available from 2 to 4 miles. Feel free to shop around while you are here! Stay after the run and bring a snack to share. Top 10 Reasons to Fun Run 1. Run or walk safely in a group. 2. Meet other Virginia Beach runners and walkers. 3. We have the best staff around to help you with your running needs or answer questions. 4. Meet your friends, or run with someone new. 5. Description: Get off the couch this fall! Join Fleet Feet Sports for our Fall 2017 No Boundaries 5K training program. This national, award-winning program is offered at Fleet Feet Sports stores across the country. Thousands of people have completed their first 5K through No Boundaries, and have since continued on to other races of all types and distances. NoBo is a walk/run interval training program structured to help you cross the finish line of a 5K (3.1 mile) race in just 10 weeks. The program includes two weekly workouts, a training plan, educational opportunities and more! It’s not just about completing a 5K or committing to the training. It’s also about changing your mindset, adjusting your lifestyle, and becoming the best version of yourself! Description: The Fall 2017 No Boundaries II 5k Training Program is a 10 week program designed for runners, run/walkers, and walkers who have either recently participated in a No Boundaries program and/or who have recently completed a 5k event. It's a great program for those who are looking for continued direction in their training and/or to improve their 5k time. It's also the perfect program to bridge the gap between the No Boundaries program and our upcoming 10k training program!
