We have a 5K program designed to teach you how to start (and stick with) a successful walking or running program. No experience necessary. If you can already run a 5K and want to improve your time then we have a program for that also. If you're thinking, "I've never run before — is this program for me?", then we want you. If you can walk, you can join our program. If life got so hectic that fitness took a back seat to other circumstances and want to return to a healthy lifestyle, this is a great first step towards not only the old you, but a brand new you. Stop by our Orientation on August 31st at 6:00 pm so that we can answer any questions you may have and you can also register while in the store.
